とりあえず、自分のＰＣが復活。
やはりこちらの原因は電源。
ひのえのＰＣから奪った電源を繋いだら動いた･･･

念のためにHDBENCHで項目別にCPU、メモリ、HDD、グラボと測定したら案の定グラボで大こけ。
マザーとの相性が悪いのかもしれないけど、とにかくダメ。
